19 year old aspiring lawyer; operation training contract 2017; British-born Nigerian; second year Law student; London university. I mostly blog and reblog stuff that I think looks cool, document my day-to-day life, and occasionally I talk about my degree. Feel free to ask me *almost* anything and I'll do my best to respond. Enjoy!
I’m not really a fan of cooking serious meals in uni because my flatmates are messy so our kitchen always looks horrid. But today I was bored/hungry/stressed so I decided to make jollof rice using my trusty £10 Sainsbury’s blender haha (I seriously recommend that thing to all students, it’s great).
I’m afraid I can’t give you any measurements because tbh I just cook by eye (which is probably bad I know) but anyways above is the size of the small pot I have and here is a list of my ingredients:
Rice: basmati Stew: (blended together) 1 large red pepper, tomato purée, 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 1 onion. Seasonings: salt, all purpose, curry powder, chilli powder, 2.5 maggi cubes.
Tbh I’ve probably forgotten something that I used but yeah.. It tasted nice! My buffalo wings are from ASDA btw.
